You can register your business online at www.virk.dk. The Danish Tax Authority will automatically receive the information from virk.dk.
Need a permit?
If you want to start a business in Denmark but you live abroad and are not from a Nordic country, the EU / EEA, or Switzerland, you have to apply for a permit. For more information look here.
